You feel constantly on the move, rushed, never able to be in stillness. Your constant pushing and striving has left you feeling disconnected with your loved ones and feeling constant stress and anxiety. The voice of your anxiety has been ringing loudly in your ears, and you are struggling to differentiate what your anxiety is telling you from your own voice. You feel overwhelmed by the stresses of life and it is as if you are floating through, rather than feeling the stability of the ground. You desire deep and meaningful connections, you want to feel more connected and rooted. You want to hear YOU over your anxious thoughts and worries. You want to trust yourself and live your values while slowing down the pace of your life and to living intentionally. You want fulfillment and to declutter your life and brain.
Once we establish your goals we will embark on a journey of self discovery. We will explore your experiences, thinking patterns, emotions and how it has all shaped who you are today. We will slow down, shine light in the darkness, heal the brokenness and calm the chaos. On our journey together, you will identify and live your values and find intentionality in your life. We will explore and build boundaries in order to nurture and develop fulfilling relationships. You will discover your truth and inner wisdom while shifting out the noise of anxiety as you develop self love and compassion. As you get to know you, and develop your feelings of self worth you will be able to manage your stress, reduce your anxiety, and build healthy relationships and grow a connected, grounded and centered life.
During our sessions I will use a person centered approach, you will be the guide and I will be walking along side you on your journey. My number one goal is to help you reach your goals, and I do that by first getting to know you and meeting you where you are at. Together we will shine a light in the darkness, find your inner strength, highlight your values and take steps toward living an intentional life. We will internalize light and grow self love and compassion. While self worth builds our anxiety weakens and we grow. We will explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they are influencing your current ways of living. We will then identify and change patterns that are no longer useful to you. As we recognize and change patterns, grow identity and self assurance you will begin living with intention and build an authentic, and grounded life.
